Grow your business with an all-access coworking pass
3 November 2021
All-access passes are a trending topic in the business community right now. At First Office Hub, we think all agile businesses should consider signing up.
What is an all-access pass?
An all-access coworking pass does what it says on the tin.
It’s a super flexible coworking membership option that provides you with access to multiple workspace locations whenever you need. The number of workspaces you’re permitted to use depends on the size of the workspace operator’s property portfolio.
Large workspace operators, such as WeWork, allow their all-access members to gain entry to hundreds of WeWork buildings across the globe.
Smaller operators provide their members with access to office buildings in different parts of the UK, or perhaps even within a single city, depending on how many locations they have.
A survey of more than 1,000 managers by the Chartered Management Institute for the Financial Times revealed that almost a third of businesses had cut their office space as a result of bringing in hybrid working models.
With this in mind, it’s no surprise that all-access passes are proving so popular.
Who uses all-access coworking passes?
Anyone can sign up for an all-access pass. A freelancer might get one if they want to combine working from home with working from different coworking locations, for instance.
An entrepreneur might sign up for an all-access pass if they regularly meet up with clients in different parts of the city, or just want somewhere productive and professional to work.
Even large business owners are benefiting.
A big global firm might buy all-access passes for their C-suite executives, or even specific teams. They can be particularly useful for employees working in the business development department, for instance, or temporary project teams who need to collaborate in-person.
