Situated in the heart of the city within Derby’s Cathedral Quarter, occupying a prominent position on the northern side of Victoria Street with a return frontage onto St. James’ Street. It is also directly opposite ‘Becketwell' which is going to be the home to Derby’s new city centre 3,500 seat arena. Derby city centre is also well-connected by road and rail.
