Podium Space
Soho, London
A self-contained Edwardian period building, the offices are spread throughout the lower ground, ground and three upper floors. Each office is fitted with air-conditioning and has a spacious meeting room on the lower ground floor. The building is one of the larger houses on the street and is also one of the earliest to be built and occupied, for it was first rated in 1705. Originally it was the home of Elizabeth Billington, who is described in the Dictionary of National Biography as ‘the greatest singer England has ever produced’. Today it continues the ‘arts’ heritage being the home to several media, PR and leisure companies.
